As one of South Florida’s leading donation pickup services, we here at 9Pickup are proud to work with a variety of incredible people across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach willing to donate their lightly used clothing, furniture, and items to help benefit their community through our partnership with Networking To Help Children. Through scheduling countless donation pickups, we’ve come across several similar questions that some have had. Some of our most commonly asked questions include:

How Does The Donation Pickup Work?

Where traditional donation services have a set location where you can drop off your items, we’ve found that the whole process can be a real deterrent for many. Having to load your car and make the journey over to a donation site takes a lot of work, and making multiple trips may not work for someone’s schedule. This can lead to people actually putting off their donations and forgetting about them altogether. With 9Pickup, we remove the hassle by picking up your donation for you. Once you schedule your pickup with us, we’ll confirm the date and time for when our pick up team will arrive at your location. All we ask is you pack everything and label to the best of your abilities, and we’ll handle the rest! Our team will pick up and load everything themselves and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt. Quick, simple, and easy!

Can I Still Bring In My Donation?

While we’re proud to offer our South Florida donation pickup services, we do offer five donation center locations! We have two locations in Boca Raton, one in Margate, a Hialeah location, and a North Miami location. Our flagship Boca Raton location is open and accepting donations between 9am-6pm Monday thru Saturday, and Sundays from 10am-4pm. Please note that our Boca donation center, located at 23269 South State Road 7, only accepts the following items: clothing, linens, toys, small electronics, and furniture. Please check all location hours to ensure your drop off is made during business hours, as property management will remove any items left unattended after hours.

Who Does My Donation Support?

Over the years we have worked with a number of remarkable charitable organizations that aim to truly make a difference in our community. 9Pickup is currently supporting Networking To Help Children, an unbelievable group dedicated to leaving a brighter future for children in South Florida who need our help. Your donation goes towards helping children with a myriad of needs – from cancer, heart issues, and cystic fibrosis; to autism and learning disabilities; from children of active service members and foster children, to children who need assistance while excelling in school. Your donation directly impacts and uplifts children throughout South Florida!

How Can I Schedule My Pickup?

9Pickup makes the pickup scheduling process quick and simple to streamline the entire process! Simply visit our online pickup scheduling tool to provide our team with some baseline information to get the process started. A 9Pickup team member will contact you to confirm the pickup time and date and that’s it. Just pack up your donation and you’re ready to go!
